This is how they handled my complaint, by saying we should be nicer and tell people how great it is!!!! They are very inconsistent about there rulings, more than anyone else. After I communicated my concerns, his boss told me he thinks me and other regulars should be ambassadors for his room ! You kidding me, you want me to tell people how great it is here when you treat us poorly. I then requested to meet with him and his boss. Three times he told me he would call me back and never did. To give a example, I was getting nowhere with the new manager while I was trying to discuss some problems. The rake is higher than most, but more importantly they have zero customer skills and a few horrible dealers that they keep for some reason. First, I've played in a lot of rooms across the US and have never found one that is worse then my home casino.
